Published by Pinewood Judo Club, written by Karen Roberts and Nicola Fairbrother, distribution will start in August.
The cost of the book is £11. Once costs to publish the book are recovered all profits will go directly to the Club.
If you are able to collect from Pinewood Judo Club there is no delivery charge.
